    Unlike most tax offices, we are available year round. We provide taxation services no matter what you needs are. We are an authorized IRS e-file provider. Our services include:

    Payroll

     

    Like all of our other packages, payroll is also customized to meet your needs. It doesn't matter what your pay frequency is (weekly, bi-weekly, semi monthly or monthly) or method of payment (direct deposit or live checks) we are here to help.

     

    All of our payroll packages include payroll tax preparation. However; payroll tax preparation is available without payroll service.

     


     

    Bookkeeping

     

    We offer several different bookkeeping packages, which are all customizable. So no matter what your bookkeeping needs are we can accomodate them.

    Rather you are a small business owner, who needs help setting up and/or maintaining your accounting records or you are an individual whose finances are in chaos, we are here to help.
     

    Quickbooks Pro Advisor

     

    There are many benefits to having a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. As a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, I can setup, manage or simply ensure that you are utilizing the tools most benefical for your business.

     

    Also having a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, gives you access to tech support and discounts on QuickBooks products.

    Document Managment

     

    We provide document management services in three capacities. With our onsite document management service we come to you and  set up as well as maintain your filing system. 

     

    With our electronic document management service we create a filing system on either a jump drive or disk. This reduces paper clutter, but requires the disk to access files.

     

    With our virtual document management service we setup and maintain a virtual filing system. This reduces paper clutter and gives you access to your documents through the internet.

     

    Document Creation

     

    We are here to help you with your document creation needs. Our staff consists of Microsoft Certified professionals who are available to prepare numerous documents such as:

    • Resumes

    • Presentations

    • Letters and disclosures

    • Spreadsheets

    • Flyers and brochures
